• Request a format: A format or conversion you’d like us to support.
• Send feedback: Ideas, suggestions or anything that could work better.

Reporting a Problem

These details help us find and fix the issue quickly:

• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone).
• The format you converted from and to, and the options you chose.
• The error message you saw, if there was one.
• The file size and, for photos, the camera or phone it came from.

Please don’t attach personal photos or documents. The converter never uploads your files, but anything you attach to an email does leave your device. If a sample file would help, we’ll ask for one you’re happy to share.
